We reserve the right to modify this site and these terms at any time.

As a part of the agreement, you consent to receive email communications that facilitate any transaction or update you about an ongoing business relationship stemming from an order placed on this site.

3. Copyright Restrictions

The content of this site, including text, design, logos, graphics, icons, audio and video clips, is the exclusive property of HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc., unless otherwise noted. The content is to be used solely for shopping or order placement purposes and must not be copied, modified, reproduced, reposted, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way without obtaining prior written consent from HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc.

4. Warranty and Liability Limitations

HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc. guarantees that all products sold are free from defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unless explicitly stated, no additional warranties or representations, either express or implied, apply to products sold on this site. Under no circumstances will HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc., its managers, partners, employees or other representatives be held responsible for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the products sold.

5. Errors and Corrections

In case a product is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to a typographical error or incorrect information received from our suppliers, HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for such product. This applies whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or not. If your card has been charged and your order is cancelled, a credit will be immediately issued to your credit card account for the amount charged.

This site may provide links to other websites that are owned and operated by third parties. HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc. is not liable for any content or operations of such sites.

7. Order Acceptance

Receiving an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not imply our acceptance of your order, nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell. HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc. has the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason. Orders over $6000.00 (CAD) require pre-approval with an acceptable payment method, as determined by our credit department. We may need additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

8. Sales Tax

Customers may be charged sales tax on items purchased through HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc., as per local tax rates and provincial and state laws. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders where applicable.

By using this site, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Returns and Exchanges

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal proceedings against HVAC Pivot Distribution Inc. will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of, or orders placed on this site will be in the Province of Ontario.
